Performing is such a high unto itself--the audience is an integral component to achieving that buzz, sort of like a glass of wine that once drunk can easily be forgotten and separated from the good feeling. Hmm, this is an interesting thread. Like wine, an audience also comes in a variety of vintages and quality. And some are corky from the get go!!
